Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with us. Please read our shipping terms carefully to understand how we handle deliveries, claims, and responsibilities.
1. Delivery & Installation
Free Delivery: All products are delivered flat packed,
Free shipping is available only within a 50km radius of the Gauteng area, and only for orders over R5000.
If your delivery address is within 50km of Gauteng but the order value is less than R5000, standard delivery charges will apply.
For locations beyond the 50km radius, shipping fees will be quoted separately based on distance and order size.
Assembly Required: Items will require self-assembly by the customer.
Optional Installation: Installation may be available at an additional cost. Please contact us for more details.
2. Delivery Timeframe
The stated delivery time is an estimate only and not a contractual guarantee.
Courier services may not deliver to remote or outlying areas daily. Deliveries to these areas are scheduled on specific days.
3. Courier Requirements
Deliveries are made via courier services and require a valid street address (no P.O. Boxes).
If your order includes installation, delivery may be handled differently.
4. Receiving Your Order
a) Short Deliveries & Damaged Packaging
- You must count all boxes and check packaging upon delivery.
- The carrier’s delivery note will state the number of boxes you should receive.
- If the number does not match, or if packaging is damaged:
- *Clearly note any discrepancies or damage on the delivery note before signing.
*Cross out any statements such as “delivered in good condition” if applicable. - Signing without noting issues will be treated as acceptance of complete delivery in good condition.
b) Reporting Issues
Short deliveries or packaging damage must be reported to I-Fitness (Pty)Ltd within 24 hours of receiving the goods.

5. Claims & Complaints
No damage claims will be accepted unless reported within 24 hours of receiving and accepting the goods.
Any issues regarding the condition or quantity of the items must be reported via email to admin@i-fitness.co.za
6. Late Deliveries
While we and our couriers strive to deliver on time, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.
7. Faulty Goods
This shipping policy does not affect your statutory rights if the goods are found to be faulty.
